Once orders have been sent for shipment they may not be cancelled. Don’t worry though, we can issue a painless return for you of the items you don’t want and even create a new order for you at the same time. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to hook you up.
Returns and Refunds
In order to return goods for refund or credit, please include your packing slip in the box, affix the return label (attached to the front of your packing slip) to the outside of the box, seal and take to any authorized shipper. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to by customer service.
Your order will be received into our facility at 700 Indian Springs Drive, Lancaster PA 17603 within 24 of receipt and your refund or credit will be promptly posted to your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns for store credit (online store only) must be received within 30 days of the order shipment date. Returns for refund to tender type (credit card, etc...) must be received within 20 days of the order shipment date.
